-- Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg's verdict finding Trump guilty on 34 counts of falsifying business records has sparked outcry, seen as unjust and politicizing justice. Many view this as a blatant miscarriage of justice and a dangerous precedent for political prosecution. Even seasoned legal experts are perplexed by the apparent motivations behind this decision, which strikes at the core of our democratic principles."Never before have state prosecutors charged a defendant with federal election reporting violations (state courts don't have jurisdiction)," one astute observer laments. This unprecedented move reeks of the Left's desperation to disqualify their greatest threat from the 2024 race -- denying the people their rightful choice.

Professor Jed Rubenfeld issues a dire warning: "If this conviction is unlawful and unconstitutional, it could have an effect on that election." The Democrats seek to subvert our sacred democratic process through "lawfare" -- twisting the law to fit their agenda of eliminating Trump. "Even now, we don't know exactly what the jury found Trump guilty of," Rubenfeld rightly points out, decrying the Left's "legal hide the ball" tactics that deny the former President his fundamental rights.

And what does the Vice President have to say about this outrage? In a brazen display of hypocrisy, Kamala Harris mocks Trump, sneering that "cheaters don't like getting caught." Her words drip with contempt for due process, dismissing legitimate concerns as mere complaints from a "cheater." She audaciously claims Trump "thinks he is above the law" -- a rich statement from an administration that has repeatedly trampled on the Constitution to advance its radical agenda.

But we will not be cowed by their insults and intimidation tactics. As Trump's legal team explores avenues for challenging this injustice -- including a potential "emergency, temporary restraining order" from the federal courts -- we must stand firm in our support. "The nation could get a ruling from the federal courts, even the Supreme Court of the United States, before the election takes place," Rubenfeld reminds us. A decisive rebuke from the highest court could put a stop to the Democrats' lawless crusade.

And let us not forget the true nature of this fight -- a battle for the very soul of our nation. As President Biden himself acknowledged during his visit to France, "Democracy is never guaranteed. Every generation must preserve it, defend it, and fight for it." Ironically, it is his own party that now threatens our democratic foundations with their "unprecedented applications of the law" against political opposition.

The President spoke of the perils of "isolation" and the importance of "alliances" -- yet his administration isolates itself from the rule of law, alienating millions of Americans who demand fair elections and equal justice under the law. The Left, in a desperate attempt to hold onto control, has forsaken the principles that have long defined America as a symbol of liberty and optimism.

But we shall not go gentle into that good night. We will fight -- not with violence or insurrection, but with the indomitable spirit that has defined our great nation since its inception. Just as the Rangers at Pointe du Hoc scaled those cliffs in defense of liberty, we too must rise to the challenge of our time. "They're asking us to stay true to what America stands for," Biden rightly declared -- and that is precisely what we aim to do.

So let the Democrats hurl their insults and wield their lawfare tactics. We will weather this storm, unbowed and unbroken, rallying to the cause of preserving our cherished republic. For in the end, it will be we who emerge victorious -- the defenders of freedom, the guardians of democracy, the true patriots who refused to let tyranny take root on our hallowed soil. Stay strong, my friends -- the battle rages on, but our resolve remains unshaken. Together, we will overcome.
