"Authentic Campaigns, and thus the judge's daughter, is actively making money from this sham attack against President Trump, rendering Judge Merchan conflicted out," Trump spokesman Steven Cheung asserted, adding that evidence of bias is even more evident now than when Merchan rejected the initial recusal motion last August.

"This court should make abundantly clear that the March 26 order protects family members of the court, the district attorney, and all other individuals mentioned in the order," prosecutors contended, asserting that "such protection is amply warranted."
